All-female CTI Test set to take place on International Women's Day 2025

Vero Beach, FL - Carpet & Tile Warehouse proudly announces an event on International Women's Day, March 8, 2025. In collaboration with the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF), they will host an all-female Certified Tile Installer (CTI) test, aimed at empowering women in the tile and floor covering industries.
In a bold stride to support and honor women in the field, Carpet & Tile Warehouse will host the CTI Test for women. The test will be conducted at their facility in Vero Beach, Florida, with an orientation session scheduled for March 7, 2025.
Deby Winter, Owner of Carpet & Tile Warehouse, expressed her enthusiasm: "In honor of women everywhere, we aim to provide them with an opportunity to test alongside like-minded women whose time has come to shine in a male-dominated industry. Women have been steadily rising in the flooring industry, partly due to the power of social media. It's time we brought female tile installers out of the shadows. International Women's Day 2025 seemed like the perfect day to do just that."
This event signifies more than just celebration; it signifies a shift towards inclusivity and recognition of women's contributions in traditionally male-dominated fields. The CTI certification by the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation is the sole third-party assessment of tile installer skills and knowledge recognized by the tile industry. It ensures that certified tile installers meet rigorous standards of excellence, assuring clients of quality craftsmanship and professionalism.
